Group coaching is an affordable option for healthy weight coaching that I am offering to women who prefer to continue or even start reaching their healthy weight journey being part of a group of like-minded women.
Women are social beings and we need other women. We help each other and lift each other up. Group coaching is just that by providing each one participating support, accountability, and camaraderie. A new group of friends.
As you think about your own well-being and reaching your health weight, consider:
- The benefits of confiding in a group of women who completely understand you and what you are striving for.
- That this group of women may know exactly what you are struggling with and will help motivate you past your blocks.
- You will be getting coaching from me, your healthy weight coach, your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and you loudest cheerleader.
- If that isn’t enough, you will get total accountability from the group.
The typical group session will include:
- A weekly topic and question to start the discussion with points to ponder.
- Check-in and updates from each member of the group.
- Coaching and encouragement from me throughout the sessions.
- Time for questions and commitments for the next week.
- Sharing any light bulb moments from the day’s session.
I will keep each group to no more than five participants so that there really is a personal connection between members.
