This recipe is so delicious and so quick to put together. Just ask my client Joyce who wrote to me just yesterday that it is her favorite go to breakfast.
What you need:
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp unsalted roasted slivered almonds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- a sprinkle of kosher salt
- an additional drizzel of honey on top
What to do:
This is for a single serving. Mix it all together in a small bowl, sprinkle with salt and add a drizzel of honey. Enjoy!
