This is a prefect recipe for breakfast or an anytime snack!
Ingredients:
1 peach cut into bite-sized chunks
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp popped quinoa
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp mixed nuts and a sprig of mint (optional)
Directions:
In a short glass layer the popped quinoa, peach and yogurt and top with nuts.
Drizzle the honey and ENJOY!
